Derma Space Clinic provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Consultations
- A consultation is required before any treatment.
- You must provide full and accurate medical history.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not clinically appropriate or safe.
- Treatment recommendations are based on professional assessment and individual suitability.
3. Medical Disclosure
- You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy/breastfeeding status, and previous procedures.
- Failure to disclose medical information may result in complications, for which we cannot be held responsible.
4. Age Restrictions
- Clients must be 18 years or over.
5. Appointments & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit may be required for certain treatments to secure bookings.
- Deposits are redeemable against treatment costs.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
6. Cancellation & Late Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in loss of deposit.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
7. Payments
- Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept contactless card payments, cash and PayPal
8. Results & Expectations
- Individual results vary.
- No guarantees are given regarding longevity or outcomes.
- Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
9. Complications & Aftercare
- Aftercare advice must be followed.
- We are not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
- You must contact us promptly if you experience any concerns post-treatment.
10. Refund Policy
- We do NOT offer refunds on treatments once administered.
- Prepaid treatments are non-refundable but may be transferable at our discretion.
11. Photography & Marketing
- Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records.
- Separate written consent will be obtained before using images for marketing purposes.
12. Liability
- All treatments carry risks, which will be explained during consultation.
- By proceeding, you acknowledge understanding the risks involved.
- Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Complaints
- Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of treatment.
- We aim to respond within 2 working days.
14. Data Protection
- We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Your information is stored securely and never shared without lawful basis.
15. Amendments
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available upon request or on our website.
